The terms "GTM Intelligence," "Inflexx Blueprint," "GTM Menu," and "Market Entry Blitz," along with associated branding, are proprietary to Inflexx. You may view and download Site content for your own personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (for example, scheduling, analytics, or contact form tools). We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse third-party content, and we are not responsible for the practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of any third-party site or service is governed by that party's own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inflexx GTM is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
